The institute operates 6 days a week and 4 weeks in a month.

The institute remains closed during an additional one week in a month, and students will be informed in advance.

Students may opt for once-a-week or twice-a-week sessions in each module.

The fee structure varies depending on the number of sessions per week.

Students must attend sessions as per their scheduled date and time.

It is the student’s responsibility to complete all sessions within the subscription period.

If a session is missed, students may request a backup session within their active subscription period only.

Backup sessions can be attended only in available batches. Special time-slot requests will not be entertained.

If a teacher is unavailable, the institute will reschedule the session.

Only students with an active subscription are eligible for practice sessions.

Virtual practice sessions may be attended between 2 PM and 4 PM, Monday to Friday.

Classroom practice is allowed subject to availability.

Each module has a fixed duration for completion.

Sessions cannot be rearranged after the subscription expires.

Students may apply for an extension by contacting the RSIM admin.

The maximum extension period is 15 days, provided leave is applied for in advance.

Any extension beyond 15 days will be chargeable.

Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances.

All fees must be paid in advance before the start of the subscription.

Student registration may be cancelled without prior notice in case of non-payment of fees.

By signing this admission form, the student/parent/guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the rules and policies of Rhythm Soul Institute.

The institute reserves the right to modify policies, schedules, or fees when necessary, and students will be informed of any changes.

The institute reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a student’s enrollment in case of misconduct, violation of rules, or non-payment of fees.
