Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Course/Program Enrollments

  ✓ Once enrolled, course/program fees are non-refundable. In exceptional cases (technical errors during payment, duplicate payments, or incorrect billing), refunds will be processed after verification.

• Class Cancellations (by Students)

  ✓ Students will need to cover all the missed/cancelled classes within the valid subscription period missed classes without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.

• Class Cancellations (by RSIM)

  ✓ In case a scheduled class is canceled by RSIM due to unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled within the permitted duration at no extra cost.

• Workshops / Events

  ✓ Tickets/registrations for workshops or events are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless the event is canceled by RSIM.

• Digital Products & Subscriptions

  ✓ Fees paid for downloadable resources, online modules, or digital subscriptions are non-refundable once access has been granted.
