We will undertake to process the refund in accordance with the preliminary investigation into the reasons for the refund. On the receipt of a refund request, we will undertake to duly understand the concerns of the users and also the parents and legal guardians and try our level best to mediate before we issue a refund for the payment made on a pro-rata basis.

Please read this policy, conditions, and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our user, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund shall be following the clauses as set forth.

RSIM shall deduct additional 5% (subject to change and varies as banks payment methods) hereinafter referred to as “Bank’s Refund Processing Charge”. The Bank’s Refund Processing Charge shall be deducted from the refundable amount due to the Student/Parent.

The refund policy is applicable only for the paid class credits. It is not applicable on any class credits earned via referrals or any class credits gifted by RSIM.

All refunds shall be processed back to the source of the payment and upon a discrepancy on the same, we shall undertake to process the payment through PayPal or bank transfer which shall be convenient to the user.

We will act on your request immediately and the refund will be issued within 5 business days in India and 10-15 business days for International customers.

RSIM shall not be liable for any delay in the refund process caused by circumstances beyond RSIM’s control, such as banking or payment gateway delays, and the Student/Parent shall have no right to claim any interest, penalty, or compensation for such delays.
